21 Goble Street, Hendra, will go to auction on October 26.
Brisbane Bullets star Aron Baynes has put a multimillion-dollar home with its own granny flat up for auction, listing it just days after expressions of interest closed on another heritage mansion.
Baynes, who spent $10.725m within ten months last year buying three homes in blue chip suburbs Paddington, Hendra and Hamilton, put two of the houses up for sale within weeks of each other.

He and wife Rachel have transformed 21 Goble St, Hendra, taking it from a dated seven bedroom home that they paid $2.225m for to a luxurious five bedroom, five bathroom property.
Ray White Ascot selling principal Damon Warat has the Goble St property in Hendra set to go under the hammer at 5.30pm in-rooms on October 26.

“It’s a really great family property,” Mr Warat said.
“It’s a very large home. It’s got a lot of different living zones and it’s got a really cool outdoor pool house with a bathroom.”
Mr Warat described the Hendra home as “an architectural entertainer” with 381sq m of internal living, its own granny flat, and a series of resort-style retreats and breakout zones.

Expressions of interest closed last Friday for Baynes’s other multimillion-dollar investment – a 158-year-old Queenslander in Paddington that’s the older sibling of Government House.
The Baynes family has one more house in Brisbane – bought last year for $4m – which they are holding on to, located in Hamilton on a massive 1891sq m block.
